8 Days Old Blue Amnesia, is it stunted?

Hi guys
I am a newbie and this is my first grow.
I planted Blue Amnesia and OG Kush, but the OG Kush withered and died yesterday . It could be problem with the soil mix or over watering.

This Blue Amnesia has the same soil but planted in a slightly bigger pot directly after germinating in paper with ph-ed water ph 6.2.

It has been 8 days since she poped up from soil.
she has 2 true leaves and looks like developing her next leaves.
She looks green and healthy but doesn't seem to grow taller, around 1 inch at the moment.

I wonder if she's in normal healthy condition or is she stunted? I saw on other thread that 8 days supposed to be taller?

Please advice what I should do to make her better
Should I add nutes like calmag?
Should I lowered the light? (from 30 inches now to 20 inches maybe)

Light: LED QBZ 1000W Pro LED (225 pcs 281b+ diodes, 65 watt power) with 30" distance
Tent: 3' x 3'
Humidity: 70-80
Temp: 30 C





Water daily with 50ml Ph-ed: 6.3 rain water

Don’t water it for a day or 2. I think you’re just loving it too much.

Edit: a tip I learned with not filling up my pot like you did was once the plant started to stretch I was able to fill the pot up with a premium soil. It made feeding much easier. Water only.

Thank you for your advice.
I will wait for a day or two before the next watering. The reason I water it daily because the top soil looks so dry and I dip my finger about two inches and the soil felt dry too which made me worry.

With your humidity being where it’s at, you should be able to water every other day at least in that pot. Maybe every 3rd day.

yes i have no problem with humidity
will do that watering schedule every 3rd day. cheers

what about the light, is it ok too lower it now?

The root is already five or six inches deep, let the top dry out to prevent gnats.

it is now Day 9
Thw first day I leave her alone with no watering.

Soil looks dry, doesn't it?
I dipped my finger about 2cm and feels pretty dry
This soil worries me because I pre flushed the soil saturated it with rain water before I planted the germinated seeds (this blue amnesia & OG Kush), and the OG Kush died.

Thinking of giving nutes early since the previous pre-flush made the organic soil nutes also flushed away

the second set of leaves grows just a little bit compare to yesterday.

Any advices or opinions welcome and much appreciated

It's a plant man. Water it when it needs water. There's no set schedule on when/how to water. Looks like poor medium choice and over watering.
Why in the heck would you think adding calmag is a good idea.? You don't need calmag. It's just going to cause you problems. Same with your rainwater. A ph probe can't measure the ph in pure rainwater.

your temps never really do go down to 1c right?
well it doesnt look bad really water it if the top 2cm is dry

I believe the medium is bad because I saturated it with rainwater before planting. But I am afraid to transplant it.

I now water it with bubbled tap water ph 6.3 every other day

the tempaterature is betwren 30 - 31 C

thank you for your advices

Here it is the 10 day old blue amnesia
Looks like she grows a little

I didn't water it yesterday and I put the light back higher (about 30 inches from canopy) hoping that she will stretch taller




Questions:

1. should i transplant it to a small cup with better soil?

2. Does she look stunted for 10 day old seedling? If so, how do I fix her?

Its growing its healthy, dont fix it to death

hope she is laying down the root system underneath before shooting up later

Its growing...where you can't see it. You'll do better if you don't micro-manage what it's doing. More people kill and damage their plants because they spend all their time worrying and fussing rather than getting out of the way and letting the plants just grow.

Hi Guys hope you have a wonderful weekend
Heres the 11 day old Blue amnesia
just finished watering it (the thrid day) with bubbled tap water ph 6.3 for 50ml using srynge 6 inches away around the stem.

I will foliar spray it later with ph-ed tap water a little around 1 hour before the lights on

She looks healthy and grow a little

Start in a smaller pot next time as repotting sprouts can ruin a plant
