Yeah, it probably won't heal itself. Just get some rooting hormone like rootone or something like it. You can even clone without any rooting gel or powder. Sorry about your plant but shit happens to us all from time to time.:blsmoke:
Where can you buy rooting gel/powder.. I've been looking on Lowes and Home Depot website and I don't see any.. and there's no hydro shops or anything near me

Yes.. completely snapped off

Then dont worry as you have basically topped it. You can now make a clean cut on the plant where its been snapped and thats the plant ready to start growing again and no further action is required and no materials are reqd. Just let it heal by mother nature.
As for the bit that has snapped off if it has nodes you can clone then take as many as you can and throw the rest away then clone your cuttings from the broken piece using any cloning technique.

(good luck).

They have it at both Lowe's and Home Depot where I live.:? Wal-Mart should have it. It's getting kind of late in the season so if you can find a nursery/gardening shop or even a small hardware store should carry it. Rootone and Schultz are a couple of common brands and I think Green Light makes some (I think that's what Lowe's carries). Superthrive will work in a pinch. Just add a drop or 2 per gallon and soak your cutting in it for a couple of hours. It contains 1 Napthyl acetic acid which is an auxin (plant hormone) that promotes rooting. I actually started using it recently for cuttings and it works great! Wal-Mart just recently started carrying it around me.:weed:

Rooting gel/powder is not reqd and neither is superthrive for the main plant but you might want it for your clones (on the snapped piece) but you can clone without these products.

Thanks. I already covered that.;-) I personally prefer using something because I find it gives me a much better success rate. For newbs I think it's a pretty good idea to use some sort of rooting hormone in order to give them the best possible chance at success.:weed:

You gonna jack this guy's thread with your nonsense LUDACRIS? How long before you get banned again?:fire:

To the OP: I would like to personally apologize for SIR SMOKER/LUDACRIS. He is a troll who has been banned from here multiple times. He gives out bad advice to newbs and picks fights and trolls the place up. Do yourselves a favor and ignore this person.

Care to give us an example? How would you know since you've only been here a month? Go ahead and post up some examples of me lying or trolling. You are priceless bro!

To the OP: I wouldn't have even responded to this troll as I don't wish to have a flame war in your thread but I take exception to being called a liar. My apologies.

Get over yourselves yo,
I had a break on my plants stem while moving it. (she fell out of her bucket, then snapped a branch) anyways she wasn't completely snapped off though........lcuky me I guess.
I splinted her with some toothpicks and scotch tape and misted the part that had broken off (foliar fed)
with just water while she was healing, and hell 2 days later she allready looks better and is healing OK
but this only happend a few days ago so I will keep u updated. I would splint and see what happens after a day or so
I'm no expert but might as well try. If it doesn't take then go to clone method, but give her a chance anyways.
Remember to foliar feed with water only because the stem will not be delivering water but trying to heal itself I done this once before and a big bubble formed around the crack and the stem is now stronger!!!
I personally Would at least try, h8 to see all that work go towards nuthin..........
Good luck

That would work if the branch hadn't snapped completely. Since it did, rooting it is the best option.
