Help cutting through metal pc case.

Hey guys, I have the average cfl setup: power strip with outlet to socket adapters. Growing in a pc case. I have it rigged with duct tape holding the power strip to the inside of the case. I want to cut 4 circular holes in the side so the power strip will be on the outside but the adapters an bulbs will be inside the case. The problem is I can't think of a way to cut through the metal side. Any suggestions? I don't really want to buy a saw of any kind unless it's cheap because I wont ever use the saw again so im looking for a cheaper alternative. Would tin snips do the job?

Just use a drill and a hole saw. As long as you have a drill the hole saws are pretty cheap like 14 bucks at homedepot. Line up where your gonna want your holes punch a hole in the center for the guide and 5 seconds later you got a nice clean cut. I'd think tin snips would be a pain in the ass.
