Nitrogen could very well be an issue also the dead patches and dark veins on one of the pics makes me think you might have a phosphate or magnesium issue but also what is your soil moisture like? If the plant is experiencing moisture issues (can arise from too small of a pot) it will shed its lower leaves and it can also appear to be a nitrogen issue. Moisture issues are typically too little water but over watering can result in similar issues especially if root rot occurs.
As other have said if there is a salt build up due to over fertilization you may need to do a complete flush or if possible a transplant if you feel comfortable.
A positive is that it appears your newer growth isn't suffering severe issues which leads me to believe any issues are not severe yet
