His exhaust is pulling air from under the hood. I don't know why it isn't above or attached to the hood...

So you have no fresh air then ? And the exhaust is pushing hot air into the small space, correct?
I'm in taking fresh air from the window at the back of the room from the left side of the window and exhausting air out the right side, so it's more use putting the exhaust ducting above the reflector than at the bulb?

Id use the smaller fan to exhaust and the bigger one to intake...prolly blow your tent up like a balloon bc thats overkill fan.

You need that intake fan at the end of the tube right at the window

I have a speed controller so have turn it down so I should swap fans ? And put the fan at the end of what tube ? So have the fan at the window sucking air out ?

Because you are exhausting hot smelly air outside unfiltered.

Either draw air through your hood or above your hood at the top of the tent.

When i was fooling around with my ventilation one day, i noticed that putting the intake low on the floor on the opposite side of the room from the exhaust actually brought my temps down. You want the air to transfer across the room from the floor to the roof, throw that exhaust above the hood and as someone said, removing the humidifier will cool off the room a bit.
