That is equality of and expansion of oppression over people, not liberation.

Marriage is stupid anyways, but it is used as a legal status in our country for taxes, hospitals and such. It wasn't about 'liberation' it was about equal protections under the law.

I haven’t been here long, so I’ve never seen anything you posted promoting pedophilia. I may do some research on more of your post one day.

I have, however, researched posts from some well respected members here who consider themselves a moral authority. I’ve discovered that “their kind” are in no position to preach morality.

A 33% handling of the pandemic approval rate isn't a winning formula.

The entire country has changed in 3 years while Trump still lies about science and statistics. He doesn't have Hillary to pick on this time. He's toast, and the death toll will continue to rise with unemployment numbers like the early 1930's.

And why is it everytime a republican leaves office the economy is in shambles and the debt is several trillion higher? Maybe cut taxes for millionaires more, they need the money for a new yacht.

He takes his libertarianism to mean teenagers can make their own decisions as to whom to sleep with and has defended that position vigorously until we all accepted that is the way he thinks.

I worked with a guy who had statutory rape charges brought against him for having sex with a 16 yr old. He was 18 or 19 at the time and the dad found out. I think they arrested him and the dad droppes the charges. I was trying to see it his way but years later he was still defending himself. I didn't need to know that about him but he shared it freely. Maybe Rob Roy went through something similar?

No, I'm not playing troll. I'm stating reality.

Expanding who MUST seek permission from government to be married/divorced does not protect liberty, it expands government control on a more equal basis. Marriage isn't anything more than making an agreement and/or commitment between the involved parties.

Involving a dictatorial third party won't give a gay person any more rights, it will reduce their rights.

She has almost completed her mission, which was to bring a Liberal point of view/interpretation of the Constitution, which in it's day was a liberal/progressive document, historically speaking not far removed from the Communist Manifesto.
Fucking brilliant woman, who helped too maintain some sense of decency in the Supreme Court.
When Biden wins & she retires, I just hope he will find someone worthy enough to fill her shoes, if that's possible.
