i guess you missed this part FDD

from: Hashish - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Chemical separation methods generally use a solvent to dissolve the desirable resins in the plant while not dissolving undesirable components. The solid plant material is then filtered out of the solution and discarded.[1] The solvent may then be evaporated, leaving behind the desirable resins. As THC is fat-soluble, it also dissolves in butter, which can then be used for cooking (see hash cookies and Alice B. Toklas brownies).[2] The product of chemical separations is more commonly referred to as honey oil, hash oil, or just oil. Some believe that hash oil is best avoided, due both to the dangerous nature of its production and the fear of residual chemicals left in the oil by the solvent."
Dude you didn't read all post and FDD is being nice. FDD is actually the man of hash here, FDD post those old pics, as I've been around for a while and remember your designs. :hump: Number 2 product of chemical separations is more commonly referred to as honey oil, hash oil, or just oil. Some believe that hash oil is best avoided, due both to the dangerous nature of its production and the fear of residual chemicals left in the oil by the solvent. Fdd said that before he posted the definition on why that stuff is not HASH. I had a little unsuccessfull atttemp with the blender method last night.

Only had the reusable filter, I guess I need both. I still have the slurpee in the fridge? Does it go bad, or is it good as long as it's there since THC and water can't mix?

FDD how much does a bubble bag kit run?

i was being nice too,, im just simply backing up my opinion that oil is hash... there is pressed hash, hash crystal and hash oil... hash is just a broad term for extracted THC,, the method is completely up to the cook.
i ahve probably made more hash than most people have on this site so I know a thing or two as well, and one thing i have found is that honey oil is an easy and cheap way to make pure gold.
I also have had "a little unsuccessfull atttemp with the blender method" and that is why i warned users when another poster suggested it. Its pretty hard to screw up BHO and you dont have to worry about ending up with a green slurpie like you and I did... i ended up throwing mine out.. i though if i let it set for a few days it would separate and be usable but nothing changed so i flushed her down :(... just my personal experience

Here is everything you need to make BHO. Butane boils at room temp so its ready to use in about 20 minutes. This is the smoothest hash I've ever smoked. 5 ounces of shake or bud in and 5 grams of hash out. Follow the directions and its super easy.

thats exactly what i do,, except copper instead of ABS... i have heard the thinner the tube the better. 4' x 1/2' is what i use,, that way every last bit gets hit with the butane

p.s.butane boils at 31 degrees F,, just under freezing
