Has anyone tried the canna brush?

Just curious if anyone has ever tried these things out. They look like a regular silicone basting brush but with different bristles and they are fairly priced. I've always been skeptical but I've heard from a few growers whose opinions I value, and they seem to do a good job of quickly getting the bulk of leaf off your dried buds. You'll still need to touch up by hand if you like a tight trim, but it'd be nice if it could do a "farmers trim" in a fraction of the time vs. scissors. I'm hoping they have a black friday sale, so I can scoop a couple to try out.
 
Cool, I tried a silicone brush I already had in my kitchen and it didnt do shit lol. I think the bristles were too soft. I'll wait and see if they do a black friday sale next week...i'll buy a couple either way.
 
I used mine a couple of times and liked it. Went back to scissors after reading too many "you're ruining your buds" type of posts, but I'll try them again later. I didn't really feel like I lost trichomes compared to scissors, but psychology is a bitch.

you lose trichomes either way. I'm ok losing a negligible amount of trichomes if my trimming time is cut in half or less.
 
It's cool in concept, but a skilled & savvy trimmer can literally do the same thing with the tip of a shear's blade. A huge portion of my trimming is just "flicking" off leaves at the base.

100%. 2 trimmers just did 20oz this morning in 3 hours. Tight ass trimm looks better than scissors if you ask me…

I think it depends on what part of the country you grow in. Weed drys and cures different regardless if you're drying and curing it in a 60F 60RH room in both regions or not. For example, Colorado weed is always bone dry and the leaves just flake off which make it great for the Cannabrush.

Im in a very humid climate and I dry my bud for 14-16 days at 60RH and as close to 60F as I can get. The stems crack and buds dry to 58-62% humidity without the leaves being bone dry like that. They're pretty dry and kind of crumbly but it takes more effort than the Cannabrush to break them off so I always end up using my curved Chikamasa scissors to get the job done. The Cannabrush is useless in my region although I dont doubt it works well in other climates.
