just tell them you got a bunch of smashed seeds man then they should replace them
i agree. i've never really had a germ issue ever...i think only 2 didnt germ ever...one from greenhouse and one from paradise seeds. the paradise seeds were germ'd fresh as soon as i recieved them...the greenhouse that didnt germ was from a pack i got almost a year ago (so i cant be upset that it didnt germ cuz the first 6 in the pack did before, no problem).

if i had germ issues i'd probably just crush up some seeds and take the pic to show i got it like that.

its what you have to do as its too risky to admit it wouldn't germinate as most companies will walk away from you if you say that.

They will tell you they are sold as "souviners" so they don't stand behind them at all. But, if you tell them they arrived damamged, they will ask you to send them back and will then replace them. Talk old shitty seeds, damamge them and send THEM back instead. Problem solved!

I complained to Nirvana about AF Fem Bubblelicious and Jock Horror that wasn't producing and they promptly replaced them with different strains. I was able to push the old plants into a 12/12 schedule but it's taking FOREVER for them to be ready (or at least it seems that way). Check out my 'Baking my Babies' for the never-ending saga haha. Nirvana is great at customer service.

Attitude says they won't respond to emails about cultivation so I wonder if they would even answer.
In May 2010 I got a regular pack of Barney's Laughing Buddha seeds from Attitude marked in Red Ink (Date?) 2004. 3 of the 10 cracked and the rest were dormant. I have gotten other seeds from Attitude with no Problems and found the following Insult unecessary and demeaning. (see: reitme -old laughing buddha seeds)
I was accussed of "working for the Competition" when I mentioned it? I live in Pennsylvania, USA. There is NO "Competition" to work for! The Company denied the red Ink Pen "2004" was a date on the packaging, rather they claimed it a "store Code". I've been around this long enough to know when I've gotten old seeds and ATTITUDE fits that company when you attempt to point out shortcomings, like selling old seeds! I breed my own seeds. New seeds will crack in 24 hours, old seeds are slow to crack if they do at all. The snail slow growth of the 3 seeds that did sprout was another indicator the seeds were OLD. I'm sending the Packaging material with the 2004 DATE back to them, and will post what they do about it. I'm a repeat customer....why would I make such a claim for no reason???

I think people are confusing duds with USER ERROR,which 9 out of 10 times is the case, though ,most would never admit it. Just because you killed a seedling that was off to a slow start could mean many things before genetics. Mostly environment, too much or too little of a plethora of things gardeners shower our girls with.

real simple, dont ever buy from someone who is not willing to refund or even hear what u have to say...i,ll never buy from attitude again, period! way to many breeders out there to be stuck with buying from these greedy people.

this is a dead thread but I've never had a problem with the Attitude, I've ordered from them many times and have never had a problem. I even had to call them one time and they were very polite and helpful....so why do you say this?

I dont understand why people even bitch about attitude. Never had any problems with any orders. Have gotten some bad seeds, always from the one breeder, which I dont buy from anymore, but that would be a breeder issue. Take your issues up with the breeder if you have a problem.

Other than that breeder issue, near 100% germ rates.

i agree with you as well.. i have had one problem with the tude, and i wasn't happy with the response, but that was with well over 50 orders from them.. i do think that their customer service kind of isn't the best out there for sure, but saying so, i only had the one problem.. i got the wrong beans, and was told to send them back, which they said they never got my order i sent back.. i had a feeling i should of just kept the wrong beans, but eff me, i didn't want them...

but as far as their policy on souvenirs i completely understand this thinking.. don't people realize that it's illegal to possess seeds in the u.s.?? i am just glad that their are a few places out there that are still willing to deal with u.s. customers at all, as a lot of them have written us off after what happened to marc emery.. and who can blame them, they are indeed breaking the law by supplying us with beans..
and i'll never understand people bitching about duds to the seed bank instead of the breeders whom made them.. so long as i get the gear i paid for and ordered, i'm happy with the part that the seed bank played.. if those beans are bunk, how can i be pissed at the middle man??
this isn't walmart of kmart where the things that they sell are perfectly legal, it's the marijuana seed business, it's a way different game. .

they tell you right up front that they won't do shit... if you bought a gun from s and w and used it in a crime and shot off your fingers and wrote to smith and weston and asked them wtf was wrong with your gun, you tried to rob someone with it and managed to shoot off 3 off your fingers, do you really expect them to reply to you??
same thing with the attitude.. you try and contact them and tell them that you're breaking the law with a product that you purchased from them, of course they're going to ignore you..

no its well known attitude has been having issues with strains,shit if they dont do ther homework coreectly and are seling dead beans fuk yeh they should replace em,,they only give u freebies anyways as replacements so it s nothing to them.

I've had nothing but good luck with the Tude and almost 100% germ rate, save the TGA Deep Purple seeds that bombed on me....but how is a breeder supposed to guarantee that every seed will pop...or the bank for that matter.....some seeds just never make it, just like everything else in the world. Just don't buy that breeder's gear anymore and move on to the next. I'm just happy I can get my beans at all.

they dont have to give you anything, because you arent supposed to be sprouting what you buy from them..

Period.

As far as customer service goes. MOST companies service sucks dick. I dont even bother calling in for things like tech support, because I know more than they do.
My hosting support was a nightmare. They kept telling me the same exact thing, took me like 3 days to get a simple domain issue resolved.

yeh i agree its good that u can even get beans to start with, ive never had issues with breedeers like nirvana ect but others ,dinafem ect ive had major issues and so have a shit load of people,,may have sorte d itn ow as was at b egining of yr

something my dear mom used to say..."You catch more bees with honey than you do with salt"....meaning if you are nice and not confrontational, you get alot more accomplished. If you have an issue, contact them, in a nice way. You can say your beans were damaged in shipping, they prefer that over my shit never germinated.
