I want to have a quick discussion on water PH and additives...
I use a PH test kit that uses a vial and drops and a chart... Cannot afford an electronic one yet and don't trust the cheap electronic ones...
I have very high PH water, its at 8.0 from the tap... I add super thrive to it (1/4tsp - 1/2tsp per gallon) and it brings it down to 6.2ph.... Is this normal, should super thrive bring my PH down that much? It brings it into proper range with no need for any adjusters....
Also do any of you think that the color of your nutrients and other things you mix in with your water could change the readings?
