Yeah, I didnt want to but better than me withouthey gumball. looks good bro. it sucks taking clippings from the bud before its ready. but 1 must do what 1 must do. hopoe ya harvest soon. c-ya later gummy.
hell yeah bro, love it!!
Thanks fellows, I appreciate the comments!WoW! your plants are looking amazing! The re-veg is doing real nice! Glad to see you got the garden all nice and prettied up now √ Keep it up!
Thanks cruzer! That 5 cola'ed beast was a scragly leafed clone, they were dry and brittle but they stayed on and green till I pulled 'em cuz they make it look ugly! It has 12 holes up the sides and 5 in the bottom. They are only 9 ounce cups! I've been spraying the outdoor with colloidial silver on select branches. Hoping to make a bunch of fem crosses, F1's I think their call. X y'alls fingerit works!Hey bud, nice update. I like your beast with the five colas.
When you pulled it out to show the roots it looked like it was sealed in the plastic container. Is there holes in that or are you hand watering it.
I would do a 70 watt CMH, better spectrum and easier to manage temps. A 70 watt hps may be fine, but I have never run hps before. Good luck bud, and have fun!Hey gb, I'm going to be setting up a lil PC case grow and was wondering if you have any recommendations before I get started? I'm between using CFLs or a 100w HPS in it, what are your thoughts?
The reason I'm going with the HPS is I'm getting it for $20 If the heat ends up unmanageable would you recommend a 70w CMH over a few CFLs?I would do a 70 watt CMH, better spectrum and easier to manage temps. A 70 watt hps may be fine, but I have never run hps before. Good luck bud, and have fun!
Sounds good, thank you. Would a dremel w/ standard cutoff wheel work fine to cut the plexi with?I would recommend you start with the CFL's, barring the HPS burns up in the space. Get a piece of plexi, high temp resistant, to put between the grow space and light, and it should help minimize greatly.
I would think so. I used a jigsaw and while it melted the plastic to the blade as I cut, as long as I was swift with my cutting it worked fine. They will cut it at Lowes or Home Depot for you (if you have to buy it) to the dimensions you need.Sounds good, thank you. Would a dremel w/ standard cutoff wheel work fine to cut the plexi with?
I really hope not, scraping/cutting melted plexi off plants would suck. I think it'll be okay long as there's a decent fan blowing on it, plus should have about 2-3" between the bulb and the plexi. Does lexan have a higher heat tolerance? I would use glass but not sure where to get it cut and trying to do this on the cheap so don't wanna mess w/ cutting it myself.kawizzr, could it be possible the light will melt the plexi? maybe lexan? u'd be better off using glass.
and a side note. after watching these guys with their cfl's i wish i had a setup like that. i m using hps and they are putting out almost as much as me. they are truely great growers.
