hello everyone, i have a question please. i have one grow tent 1x1x1.80 sized, and i use both mh and hps 400 watt, but the thing is, the heat is getting over 35 degrees and i dont know what to do with it. i have non air cooled reflector( just a basic one). so what i ask is, what type of fans i do need, and if i buy an aircool tube and can fans, is it gonna solve it?

I had the same issue and FORTUNATELY was able to buy cooltubes and an inline fan. Problem solved. Proper airflow will bring your temp way down.

unless you get a big ass fan thats still going to be a lot of heat. i have a 32x60x80 tent, was running 2 400 watt hps, was too damn hot. went to one 400 and one 250...still too damn hot, with both lights in cool tubes and a 240 cfm fan running wide open when the lights were on.
i finally went with one 400 watt hps and a led that has an actual draw of 195 watts, now my tent stays around 80 with the lights on and the fan only runs at 75%, which is much quieter

You simply CAN NOT RUN an open hood HPS/MH light in a tent. You have GOT to run a cooled housing. Cool tubes work great. Cooled housings also work well, but not as well as a cool tube does.
