What's up all!!!

I just got back from a mini vacation that I need a vacation from, a very busy weekend but fun none the less

So yesterday I got a package from across the pond and inside was a 10 pack of The Flav seeds by Subcool, I love the taste of Romulan and I want to try out his Space Queen so this is right up my alley

Here is Sub's take on The Flav

The Flav

Romulan(BCGA) X Space Queen
Hightimes Top 10 2008

Romulan has an amazing Flavor and I knew if I was ever able to locate a Cutting from Vic Highs original cross, I could create something tasty and unique. We were able to locate this Rare strain and lucky enough to gain permission to breed with her.
Combining the oily, thick rich fruity taste of Romulan with the cherry goodness of Space Queen was a no brainer and The Flav was created. The Romulan mother plant is very hard to clone though and we simply ran out of The Flav seeds soon after it received a Top Ten placement in 2008. We have finally replaced the mother and made more of this elusive TGA hybrid.

1) Phenotypes- Stable hybrid strain with most variation leaning to the Romulan side
2) Height- Tall fast vigorous plant
3) Yield- Heavy
4) Indoor/ Outdoor
5) Best Way to Grow- Adapts to any grow style
6) Harvest Window-8 weeks
7) Sativa/ Indica 40/60
 Romulan(BCGA) X Space Queen
9)High type- Calming, pain relief general euphoria
10) Taste like Thick Spicey Oily smoke that coats the tongue with flavor

They are rest in a nice wet paper towel blanket wrapped in plastic stuff in a dark drawer for a few days until they hatch

The Auto water device did it's job though my plants were completely dry and loved a full watering last night

The JTR plant is off the hook - she is already too heavy for herself and needs help holding up her arms for the buds are just too heavy for her to burden and wait until you see the main cola. Mama-mia !!!

And the Cheese looks text book just beautiful, I will have a full update this weekend for everyone

Have a great night

Thanks for the compliments folks everything is coming along just great & I planted all 5 Flav seeds last night and have some popping out of the soil already getting down to business

So this is coming down to the wire, I am heading out to Yosemite the week after next and hope to finish up this round before I head out and they are ever soo close

Both plants were grown using Subcool's Super Soil & a feeding of Bud Candy, Budswell, & Molasses every other feeding with just plain tap water otherwise it just sits out in the sun for a few days to remove contaminates before use. If you have not read about his soil please check it out for it has taken al the guessing out of the nutrient end of things for your plant

The Cheese looks and smells just amazing and lives up to her name with pride so here are a few picture of her

And Mr Ripper has wowed me every day with the fattest nuggs I have seen in a while. Both plants are covered in sugar coating like a fresh snow storm came through the fridge.

I will pull out some old picture of White Lightning which looks close to JTR due to the Northern Lights influence and smell so sweet, she is a little behind the Cheese plants by a few days but will get cut mid week or maybe later if I can hold out

And you can see the full sizes here ----> https://www.rollitup.org/members/tcurtiss-164452/albums/3-stooges-12547/ if you want to get up close

Have a great weekend

Thank you for the comments and that is one of the smaller cucumbers I have pulled so far I think that is the 4th one and may more to come. I am missing a few things for the salad that I usually have at dinner so maybe next year I can plan better.

After thinking about it and looking at the tri chromes through the magnifying glass it looks like the Cheese needs a few more days & the JTR may have to wait until I get back from my camping trip for the chop. But we will see how thing turn out this week

Hey T, I just finished reading your thread start to finish.Very nice, indeed. You will love the Flav. I have 3 lovely ladies in my outdoor grow that stated to bud this week.About 3 1/2' tall & 3' wide. Lots of bud sites, too.I really should start a thread and document my medical grow.I've got 20 various plants going & they all look great.I'm hoping for a bumper crop , enough to last a year for myself,my wife & a little for my 78 yr old mom,who has glaucoma.I'll try to get some pics this weekend. Keep up the grat thread. You cant beat TGA gear, I plan on using supersoil next year, also.Subcool rocks,& is such a nice guy & Mz. jill is sweet too. May see u at the Cow Palace in Sept.

So how was the camping trip? Where'd you go. We love to camp also, our favorite spot is Big Sur as we live in SLO county and its only about an hour and 45 mins. away.I have a 67 Westfalia camper( VW).Our next choice is Limekiln just south of Big Sur. Theres nothin like camping up there, Its so relaxing and beautiful, Just chillin under the redwoods with some killer herb, good eats( I do the cooking at our house and camping, sitting around a fire.I need to put a clutch in my bus, though. So update us asap.By the way I love growin the veggies a have a couple of raised beds with tomatoes, basil, peppers, and pickling cucumbers. The cukes just fucking amaze me by how fast they grow, 10-12" diameter & 6-8" long in 6 or 7 days.I've been making lots of pickles.I'd like to cross them with a pot plant, just think of the pot-kles if you could):

Westy, you are to kind thanks for the input and I am packing up today for my camping trip, I have set up the new tent & air mattress for sleeping and I need to just finish up a few things and tend to all the plants and have my helper /assistant get in the routine. I have set up the Auto watering device and getting it fine tuned for the final days of flowering for JTR & the Cheese

I got a few shot today and the JTR was loving the camera I will show you what I mean

And the Cheese has the most amazing taste if you folks are at the Expo in Sept I will save some and let you try this out!!!!! So amazing I have never had such an after taste

You folks have a great week and I will see you next weekend
