Again because I cannot be arsed going through 20 pages of flame outs, excuse me if someone already mentioned this. I got this tip from a commercial level farmer of weed.
If you need bud dried quick smart and out the door due to security and safety reasons, then you can use a food dehydrator to do the business. People have had problems in the past with using dehydrators and that is because any old dehydrator will not do the trick of dehydrating the bud without damaging it or drying it so fast that the chlorophyll is locked in.
The trick to it is the type of dehydrator you buy. It must be able to dehydrate at 26 degrees celcius (78f) whereas the majority of dehydrators lowest temperatures are 35 degrees (95f).
Any hotter and you are actually fast drying which has negative affects on taste, also I think you loose a bit of the THC at higher temperatures too.
Pretty much all the negative issues surrounding the use of dehydrators to dry weed is due to this temperature issue and the assumption that any old dehydrator will do the job.
The one in the picture is a Ezidri Ultra FD 1000. Ezidri have a range of dehydrators but I choose to show this one because it is the only one of their range that has that little dial nob on the left. What that does is, when you set it to 35 degrees its lowest setting, you can wind that dial right down which will bring the temperature down to 25-26 degrees which is perfect for dehydrating weed and will give you the best possible result that can be had using a dehydrator.
A stack like the one in the pic will dehydrate around an ounce and a half per level (two trays is one level) over a 24 hour period, you can have like 10 levels of weed dehyrating at a time, so thats close to a pound of weed. After 24 hours it will be almost ready, it will be smokable...just, however you need to let it sit for another 12 hours then its ready to go out the door.
Its quick, and the result is similar to weed that has been dried for 4-5 days but not cured.
For people growing and distributing a lot of weed this is a lifesaver, as having a stack of weed sitting around drying for 1 to 2 weeks is risky.
You harvest your plants, the bud goes right into the dehydrator and 36 hours later its out the door to needy friends and family...

true true....but when it comes to fans... rezs... relays...electricals... DIY NTF trays,sprayers or any type of stuff to use to build a room...you can find it there..and the bulbs are good...too ..hps up to 1000.....and i have returned them up to 90 days out..... i built my stadium as a mockup in HD.....befor i built it in real life with plants...

I dried a half pound of wet colas in my quick dryer, and it took me about 30 hours from start to finish... I was concerned maybe a dehydrator would work better, but now I'm convinced I've made the right decision... thank you!

all i have to say is that peaple give mary a bad name by makeing it something its not, these peaple tend to be ones that dont reley on it medicaly. i can say first hand that befor i was paralized i did things that were bad for mary in the publics eye, now that im paralized and have grown i have the reaspect needed to not contribute to the crime that comes out of dumbass peaple selling crap weed ta kids. i do however beleave that jah created this plant for everyone, and when used right, by the right peaple, can heal nations.
