Growing outside-5 weeks old

I'm still a newbie even though I have been around this block a few times. My plant is 5 weeks old, i'm growing outside and so far so good. My main concern is that the leaves look slightly discolored. Is this the average size of a month old cannibus plant? Also, could I force the plant to flower if I changed it's light schedule by putting it in the sun for 12 hours then putting it in a dark place for the other 12? any help would be greatly appreciated

Imo its pretty small for a month old plant. Yes you can force it to flower that way, just make sure you do it at the same exact time everyday

What kind of soil are you growing in? Whats you ph of your water/food your giving it? What kind of nutes are you using and how often?
