Growing outside-5 weeks old

I'm still a newbie even though I have been around this block a few times. My plant is 5 weeks old, i'm growing outside and so far so good. My main concern is that the leaves look slightly discolored. Is this the average size of a month old cannibus plant? Imo its pretty small for a month old plant. Yes you can force it to flower that way, just make sure you do it at the same exact time everyday
 
Thanks for your feedback!! It's the biggest that I have ever been able to grow a plant. At least i'm getting a little better
 
What kind of soil are you growing in? Whats you ph of your water/food your giving it? What kind of nutes are you using and how often?
