Growing in the Whirlpool Fridge

I believe so, but I am trying to keep the light at least 10 inches away from the plants

Usually the leaves will twist or something if they get too close but that has not been a problem yet and I do not foresee it being an issue
When the seedlings were young, and in cups, I had the 180W Jumbo sitting right on top of them. They loved every second of it. Heat is by far not an issue, but as TC says, they can start to twist, though I never noticed that with the Jumbo 180, vs. say a cheapo 45W panel.

If your burning your plants with LEDS, chances are something else is going on wrong. Kind of like CFL's man, they can burn, but usually don't unless you get crazy or the plants grow too close, though I think the plants could sit on top of the jumbo no problems, and thats my experience and 2cents.

Pimpdaddy,

Let's see some pictures of that bad boy

And welcome aboard

I was out all day yesterday running around the area finding certain parts to help clean the air in the garage and adding some C02 to the mix

It was kind of pricey but I really want these guys to grow, so I did some shopping on craigs list but did not come up with anything so I went to the pet store, did you know plants in fish tanks use C02 also?

I picked up a 10 lb tank with regulator, now I haven't used one of these for a while and it took a few minutes to figure it out. Which I did now I just need to fine tune the amount used

I am going to start small and work my way up with the amount of C02

I drill a whole using a 5/32's drill bit and drilled through the back of the fridge where the tank is hiding, then fed the air tubing in the drilled hole to the regulator which is on a timer so it turn on the same time as the lights

You guys want growth, Here it comes!!!:weed:

I also installed the new air filter I got from the Hydro store, it ran me $108

The C02 was $400 with all the goods, the big cost was the tank @ $210, I had been looking around and this is the going price

Well sorry for rambling but I wanted to update what I did over the last couple days

I need to take a break I will be back with some pictures

thats co2 is going to be crazy in a little frig. and it should last a while to.
Ya he said like 2 years but I think maybe sooner

Here are the shots of the C02 installed and a couple shot of my champs

Take a look at how beefy the stalks are
They take in as much water as they can get

I have a feeling they are going to be the heavy weights

Enjoy

Alright folks,

I do not have my usual machine to edit these guys so who know whats going to happen

But the latest is I took out one of my LA kids due to crowding and it was starting to get this white powdery stuff on the leaves, the other two are showing the same on their leaves but this one was the runt and I want to really have enough room for these guys to stretch out

Other wise they looks great, the SSH and Rom are drinking everything I give them so I know they are going to be great plants, the MA Super Skunk looks great I added a few cd jackets to lift her up

I have been swapping the water / nutes / molasses feeding

I will try to get better pictures over the weekend when I have more time to mess around

Until then take a rip for me and good night

Update: guys & gals I will have pictures tomorrow night due to technical difficulties

This seems to be an occurrence happening more and more with LED's. How is temps and humidity? You using soil? Is it drying fast enough? Couple of days, every other day-water or so? I feel ya bro...same thing on this end not too long ago, but luckily they were basically done, plus it got hella cold and slowed them leaf eating bastards down.

Hope you get it! As irish says, get em now!!!!!!

Good luck bro...let us know!
