They are 9 weeks since seed I'm doing 18 on 6 off for lights trying to keep lights 10 inches but they stretch back to 6 inches every day

They stretch in the first three weeks of flower. Your buds will fatten after they grow. You have a ways to go still.

Also ….. that plant is a very heavy sativa leaning girl … guarantee that plant will need as long as it takes to fully be done proper. Disregard any breeder harvest times. Autos do not run on calendars… let it rip.
