Yes sir, that's another reason I was happy I went with the Dake. Lately, I've been stuffing 14g flower into a bag and pre-pressing into a rectangle that is apx 2"x4" - Place that on the parchment (I use Kirkland) and press between 190-210F I let the press just slightly squish the bag (right around 1-1.5 Ton on the gauge) for 30 seconds, then start ramping up the pressure. I find it starts flowing pretty well around 3 and I stop around 4.5 for a total of 2 minutes. Any higher, and I get blowouts in the bags.
When pressing smaller amounts of flower, I pre-press in the middle of a scotch tape roll and press those bagless. They can take slightly higher pressure, but not much more than 5-5.5 My plates are 3x7, so slightly different than your setup, but I would think the numbers would be similar.
