Greenhouse or direct sun? Benefits to both?

I dont want my plants to get any sunburn, as the area I will have them gets a lot of sun beating down all day pretty much. Thoughts on a greenhouse for extra protection? But what about ventilation in them?

If you wanted to you could put a shade cloth above them to reduce the amount of light

to control heat in a green house there are usually shutters on the roof and a way to let air in through The skirt . Some greenhouses use an extraction fan as well

I just started my grow in a greenhouse. For the protection of the plant from bugs, rain, and overall stealth. So I’m curious on this too. Wouldn’t it be safer to just keep them there forever ? If the space in my grow house permits , of course.

There are ups and downs to both for sure. However if your greenhouse isnt WELL VENTILATED you risk getting rot just as fast as having them outdoors in the rain.
Keep that in mind as you continue.

My green house 8 x 12' runs temps of 64f to 100f with 2 doors open and 3 top widows when hot or humid. I run a box fan on 1 to move air. Mix of sativa and indica . The plants are doing very well. The temp inside the greenhouse never feels hot to sit in. I planted in late may early june this year and will have some 7-8' and others perhaps 4-5 ... the tallest was tied down and the others were topped main and branches. My concern is keeping plants low. They are now budding some in 2week others in 1st week. I have trimmed lower fan leaves and any shadowing a bud ... get about 6 hours of direct sunlight ... Temps are high in tropical climates, so why is 75-85%f optimal. the sways in temp outdoors in mexico are extreme and they have good crops... optimal for a particular result which is? Wondering if you know.

My plants have been grown outside in 100F+ heat in direct sun and they are happy campers. Just got to keep up with watering. I am using a mosquito net to keep most bugs out (mainly budworms). Released some ladybugs recently to heal deal with thrips and the net keeps them in while keeping tobacco moths out. KISS.
