This dudes head is way too big
Calcium nitrate is listed as first ingredient in part A. You would be surprised how little calcium is actually needed in hydro.

I'm her to help you buddy, not starting a flame war. I've been through over 10 years of growing in DWC straight.

Then where did my cal deficiency on my new growth come from?
How about the mg deficiency on my old growth?
I'm not dumb, I can clearly see there is deficiencies. I only had them at 50 tds cococal and 125 tds veg before this week

I guess low DO, pH and root issues. Roots are not properly developed yet.
The problems you have been experiencing is very common after transplanting new clones or seedlings in DWC.

It's environmental not nutritional if that make any sense. Cheers!

Not low DO, I have a chiller set at 67, plus a large air stone disk in each bucket
Not PH, I have a Doser that holds it at a perfect ph 24/7
Roots were deep in the water within a few days of transplant.
My tds was only 90, 2 weeks ago. 190 last week.
Up to 330 today.
I had deficiencies from lack of nutrients.

Yes nutrient strength is the issue and lack of nutrients. But you could just have upped part A and B.

I am a around 300-400pom by week 2.
i Also add cal/mg at 100ppm. I also hit with epsom salt later in veg 80-100ppm.
.500 scale.
I have seen a lot of people running much higher like that.
Yet my line only reccomends 325 (500 scale) at week 4 of veg
It does note that is only at the low end of the reccomeneded Coco Cal dose.
I think next week I'm going to ramp it up even higher (even ratio of the 3 part)

But, I would have to use more than if I also use my Coco Cal to get my desired ppm.
Am I really spending more money on nutes running a 3 part, when I end up using less of each?
I'd prefer to do it that way, and follow the manufactures direction. Current Culture knows their stuff. (Even if they are biased to making more money)

Whatever floats your boat pal. Glad everything seem to be sailing along nicely for you. I wish you all the luck with your grow! Happy growing!

(P.S Everything I wrote is true I just come out sounding like an asshole sometimes while my intentions are good. Lol)

I’ve used a few different brands.
Find most label instructions are crazy high on the ppm.
What brand are you using ?

Its also applicable to drip that's so cool. seems like a legit product
Yeah so far I love it, and have seen really good reviews.
I like cultured solutions because they have put a lot of research into their line, and have a lot of good sources for information and recommendations on growing hydroponically. Its a bit pricey though, but I picked up all 1g jugs to save some money on it.
I've also seen good results with their hydroponics systems they sell

I will add them to my list. mega crop is OK I suppose I'm always adjusting and had to separate the 1 part into 2 parts and add Epsom so its basically jacks now and the salts are so easy but requires some changes, each strain is different honestly and im looking for something that works for the majority , some strains are just plain picky

Thats why I picked them actually, this is my first time in hydro and I wanted something simple and "full proof". I also really like how after I mix everything up in my RO water, it lands right at 5.7 or so, then will drift up to 5.9 after a day or so and stay there pretty well with no adjustment at all.
I think If I were to switch from here, I might try GH flora Lucas formula. Looks about as simple as it gets, and seems to give great results. It is also supposed to be very "PH perfect"

I got scammed by the ph perfect its perfect only with added things the gmb was not keeping ph when I needed it
to maintain a low ppm for first 3-4 weeks it is imbalanced
when the plant is large enough to consume the ppm I got decent results
why would I grow out retarded plants from the get go?

Ugh, I just can't get two of my 4 girls healthy.
I have two that are almost camouflage yellow, with necrosis on the lower leafs and slower growth.

So I have been ramping up tds using only Veg A and Veg B (coco cal was about 100 tds Thursday and veg has alot of cal and mg itself)
290 Thursday
380 sunday
475 Monday
The reason is that they are showing no signs of burn, yet still signs of deficiency, and the tds keeps dropping like a rock. Since I got it up to almost 480 yesterday, it has already dropped to 430 in about 16 hours
If I'm not mistaken, as long as the water level is also dropping, that means they want more nutrients.
