Got Lots of Brown Spots on Early Veg

Just put this seedling in the new pot a few days ago and I was having some leaf problems before but now I'm debating on what this one is. Got some FF aquatic mix, and I've topped it once...

I've taken some bad leaves off amd the response hasn't been bad but I also don't think there needs to be anything taken off yet. I'm trying to mainline in a 2x2 tent. So, should I just take off those spotty fan leaves or should I wait for the top two main stems to get longer, and then take off the bad leaves when starting the hst process?
 
Removing the spotted leaves isnt going to solve any problems. I would up pot it in some good soil and let it grow.

What is ff aquatic mix?
