For sure... I've got my method down pat. I was basically telling him what you just said.. Except depending on how the hole is, if you water with enough, it will flush everything out, not just saturate part of it. But I agree you can't feed to heavy or you'll end up with chemical buds regardless. But ya, the heavier you feed, the longer and more you want to flush.
Which ingredient in big bloom is not organic in your opinion? Big bloom is the only thing in their line up of the 3 he got that is organic.
It's organic certified, but I could see some of their ingredients not being 100% organic, most are though in the big bloom if not all.
Big bloom = ewc, bat and seabird guano, rock phosphate, sulfate of potash magnesia & kelp.. Good stuff overall.
You'll be fine bro, just follow the feeding chart and start with only 1/4 strength or maybe even a little less. See how the plants respond then work your way up from there. Less is more. If you go full organic you'll have more microbial activity which will be good for the plant. At the same time, the grow big and tiger bloom don't have a high enough npk to kill off all the beneficials. They will only kill off some, and make it a less ideal environment for the benificals to thrive. Both will work though, I've seen plenty of outdoor growers use the fox farm line up with great results. Synthetics are more likely to burn the plant though so be careful. Don't get too carried away with them. Feed water water feed or even sometimes feed water water water feed is a good schedule with synthetics.
Here is some of the results I've got with organic this year, although I've got just as good results with synthetic in the past. Just experiment, it's the best way to learn. Do one plant with synthetic an one with a organic line up then compare the difference.:
