@Arnski5000 The wet towel brought my humidity up from 38% to 51% in about two hours. Thank you so much!

Above is the response to 25% increase in humidity and first dose of Foxfarm grow big. I got some twisting leaves from the stress of them not being quite ready but I see some true leaves!

The dosage on the seedling dilution is 1/2 tsp to a gallon feeding once a week and water the rest of the time. Depending on how they look next week I might just stick to water so as not to get any burn.
