Good Morning/Weather Report Suite

We have had a nasty day here. I stayed at the camp last night and it rained through the night, but didn't get cold until this morning. Our high was 48F and at 1530 it's overcast, 46F with 94% humidity. Forecast low of 47F tonight with 40% chance of rain. So it has to warm up to reach the low?
 
Today wasn't as nasty. Still cool though, with very dark skies. At 1645 it's overcast, 51F with 94% humidity. Today's high was 54F, and the forecast low for tonight is 41F with 10% chance of rain. Tomorrow morning at 0444 CDT Winter starts. It's all looking up from here.
 
A nice day today with lots of sunshine. At 1710 it's clear, 61F with 66% humidity. Our high today was 67F and the forecast low for tonight is 48F with no chance of rain. I'm going to be out of here and to the camp shortly. 2 nights in a row. It was pretty late last night when I got there, and it was trying to mist rain, so I passed on my usual hike. Hope to get one in tonight.
 
The last two days have been the first real rain this year in the High desert and it is going to keep raining for the whole week.With the leak at the Aliso canyon gas storage facility they say we have to conserve natural gas 68* max thermostat,it's a bit chilly without bundling up.

Assholes want everyone to shiver in the dark because THEY fucked up? Where's the credit on your bill to compensate you, the customer, who did nothing wrong?

The arrogance of monopolistic industries is mind boggling.

I just got a letter from Edison saying I use more electricity than my neighbors and my bill will be going up because of that . It's unfair to judge me by what my pos broke ass neighbors use.
Tier 3 , 32 cents a kilowatt hour . I fucking hate this fucking state.
