I stay up til 7-8am usually(unless i smoke bud, then I knock at at around 4) and get up at like 3-330pm. Its not cool, I hate it. I also have tried staying up all day and going to sleep at 10-11 but I can't help but knock out during the day for like an hour and it fucks everything up. Thankfully my mom is kinda chill, but i dont feel good about it personally. I've thought about working out during the day so I can get tired since I don't work atm and I dont do school. Just do as many push-ups and crunches as possible, might work.
