young ppl need more sleep and have dif sleeping patterns than older ppl. it's biology urca. nuttin u can do. but there are things u can try. melatonin. read before bed. no tv before bed. sex before bed. weed before bed. alcohol doesn't work for me but does for some ppl. i used to watch the philly's games and the sound of harry kalas' voice put me to sleep every time.

Fix your schedule, it's worth it. Start your bong sesh's earlier and smoke some kush. How could you stay up late after smoking OG kush? bud like that knocks me out all the time and I wake up at 9:00 AM. Once you wake up at 9:00Am once, just wash your face up and you'll be tired by the right time end of the day. Has anyone ever stayed up after smoking OG? It's impossible for me.....I've tried.

I was thinking about starting a sleep thread to see what products/ techniques people use for a better nights rest.
I need to get new pillows and was curious if the expensive ones are life changing or not?

I stay up til 7-8am usually(unless i smoke bud, then I knock at at around 4) and get up at like 3-330pm. Its not cool, I hate it. I also have tried staying up all day and going to sleep at 10-11 but I can't help but knock out during the day for like an hour and it fucks everything up. Thankfully my mom is kinda chill, but i dont feel good about it personally. I've thought about working out during the day so I can get tired since I don't work atm and I dont do school. Just do as many push-ups and crunches as possible, might work.

This is a good idea and will work.
Cardio will wear you out more than pushups/crunches so do all three.

I started taking melatonin (sp?). It works to help me sleep through the night and get to sleep easily. I was taking over the counter sleep aids, and even ambian. Those things all make you crash out, and wake up for the day after 6 hrs max. The melatonin has been great...zero addiction type feelings too.
