Gh nute question

I have been using AN sensi line at about 60-70% of the recommended feed chart with good results. I want switch to GH flora line, to try and save some cash. GH also offers a ton of additives in there feed chart. I use RO water so I always use a cal mag. What, if any, of these other supplements do you guys use? Also would you suggest that I stick with 60-70% strength approach? Less is more right?

start with the base nutes + calimagic and try one additive per grow. see which one(s) you think work.
Agreed. learn them one at a time so you know what each does. It will take several grows to find the right mix for your strains and set up.

I know them well....but you need to understand each one yourself. Here‘s my line up, but not all at once....AFE82162-6BD1-4378-841B-8B741DFF5FDC.jpeg

The above information/suggestions works best when growing the same strain over and over with each nutrient change...different strains can react differently with different combinations of nutrients.

I mostly strain and pheno hunt for breeding purposes. I usually have at least 6 different strains in flower and at least as many in veg. They all seem to do nicely although there are some that complain it's a little to much and some that it's not enough. But we muddle through.

I was referring to the first few posts...you replied I think just as I hit reply...lol
Adding or changing 1 nute each grow works best if growing the same strain each time is what I was trying to add to the conversation.
Changing strains on each nute change can have different effects for different strains...if that makes any sense..lol

I'm not sure, but are some not for soil only and others work in hydro or soil...not sure what ones are what without reading bottles.
I think coco medium is seen as hydro as well?
So the combination will also depend on the medium you grow in.

I'm in Coco and use GH Flora trio. I started with them in 1996 in NFT rails. There wasn't really anything else out there at the time. I don't know what their full catalog is today but yes Coco is mostly hydro with a bit of a buffer in the substrate. But it's not full hydro like NFT rails were.

Ya I use the trio myself with calmeg added (different brand though due to my local shop didn't have the GH brand in stock at the time) in a frankenstein hydro setup I made...but it seems to be working ok so far...lol

Such a nice setup over there. Can you recomend a feed schedule with 3 part flora series + cali Magic, its all that I have for now and I looking to start simple. I will grow eu promix, so drain to waste.

Thanks bro
