Green House Seeds. Amsterdam. One of the oldest craft breeders and still in business. Their feminized seeds produce some good bud cheap. I do mean cheap. Check out Great White Shark and Big Bang by them. One is a past High Times Cannabis Cup winner and the other could be.
Overwatered and the light is too intense, turn it down to 25%

Edit: When they are babies I don't even water them with a watering can or anything, I just get a cup of water and sprinkle some water on top with my fingers and or use a Syringe

Your humidity is also too low, you want to be aiming for around 60 - 70% at this point, you can pick up a inkbird humidistat and a humidifier for around $100

Also, your temps are a little bit low, you want to be aiming for around 27 - 28c

Your super lemon haze plant looks fine, I've grown those out a bunch of times and it looks totally normal for a super lemon haze seedling, just go easy on the watering and you should be fine :bigjoint:

Am I right in thinking I need to purchase one of these to plug into one socket on thee controller and the exhaust fan in ther other? Many thanks!
You want something like this to control the humidity, it's called a inkbird ihc-200 and it allows you to control how much humidity is going into your grow room https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inkbird-Controller-Hygrostats-Humidistat-Dehumidifier/dp/B08CBD7SSX And yeah you need something like that in the picture you posted and you connect the humidifier to the inkbird then set the humidity you want and it controls it all for you, You probably want a oil filled radiator to bring your temps up to 28c also, you can get a inkbird temperature controller that works that same way as the inkbird humidistat so you don't have to worry about your temps climbing too high https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07W96HH2S/ref=syn_sd_onsite_desktop_192?psc=1&pd_rd_plhdr=t&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzQ1pVSEw3NjNYNTBTJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNzQyOTc5Mk9NMk1SOU9LSEMwQyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMzY2Mzg1MlRVUlFXR0ZNMUU4TiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNkX29uc2l0ZV9kZXNrdG9wJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== And if you have a phone you can control the temperature and humidity from your phone :)

Let me guess, you are using Fox Farms soil?

Edit: seedlings + nutrient rich soil + lots of water = death
think it’s morethe watering than the soil, my seedlings are in coast of Maine stonington blend and doing fine(bottom watering)Ngl im a bit surprised that it worked out, was to sick to go hit lowes and pick up seed starting mix when they popped tails so I used what I had. Bottom watering is the easiest way to avoid overwatering seedlings. A few holes in the bottom of a solo cup then solo cups go in trays of water.

50/50 happy frog/ocean forest no complaints here
Fox Farms Soil is like playing Russian Roulette every bag you bust open. Looks like you got an empty chamber this time around. When you grow at scale you'll learn soils like Fox Farms are very inconsistent at best. Last time I purchased FFOF it had fish hooks and chunks of rusty metal in it. Then I tried their coco loco and it killed a plant somehow.. Never again.

Roots original is my go to most of the time, picked up the coast of Maine on sale, still like roots better.

If you’ve got a newer iPhone (12 or higher) the Photone app works great. Set your light distance/intensity to 250par at canopy and you’re good.

Just had a look at that app and it's reading top end of 490 but I'm yet to work out how to calibrate it to my light

I just put a piece of white paper over the front camera, put the phone at canopy level and dim till it hits where I want. Did you pay the $6 for the pro version?

I am using Pro version here fo a couple months having just updated lighting, will cancel next month. I find the k ratings to be right on factory specs for multiple sources including CMH, HPS, CFL and LEDs. This App is seriously helpful!
