the bullets came from his gun..are you disputing that someone else used zimmy's gun?

the fact remains..no matter what..that kid was just walking along MHOB..ended up dead..from some others' weapon.

the verdict should have been manslaughter..the law failed this boy.

the witness you refer to only saw shapes and colors in the dark. he could not identify who was who, and wasn't even there for most of it.

I was talking about tweeting a picture of TM lying dead.

Nobody disputes that Z shot him. Z stated from the first moment the cop arrived that he shot Martin dead. That is what a guy who acted in self defense does.

Yes, there is. It is the law in almost every state, and it is the common law extending back into historic times in every civilized country.

You have an absolute right to defend yourself against grave injury at the hands of another.

That is why Z wasn't charged for 42 days. Everybody that looked at the facts and circumstances of the shooting knew that it was self defense. The media stoked an angry crowd of village idiots, many of them right here on RIU, to demand a pointless, vindictive trial. The prosecutors were embarrassed and beaten over the head with the facts and circumstances of the shooting by the defense attorneys. Z was acquitted because he acted in self defense.

#Innocentlivesmatter. Martin tried to snuff out an innocent life. Usually, innocent people are victims, but not that time.
