Im so damn jealous Panessa...how much longer for that BB

Next friday will be 8 weeks for the blueberry....she'll be another big one....at least 15 Oz wet. Now that I have some more room in there, I'll get some better pics of her for you.

that third pic is of just two plants, that is like four nice colas per plant, that ebb and flow sure did the job,ive been debateing between dwc and ebb and flow for a few weeks, what do you think is easier for a guy with three back operations,do you think the yield compares to the dwc in the same time, and when you top up your resavoir do you add nutes with the water are just water untill you change the res ,and how often do you change your res water.thanks from a trapper goin green.

Well, depends on what kind of dwc setup you go with as far as how hard it could be to operate. After the rest of these come down, I'm switching to a drip/dwc setup in 5 gallon buckets...but you daisy chain them together with tubing and you only have to fill your res bucket...not to mention I'll be able to move smaller plants to a better position as far as lighting is concerned. But if I wasn't under such a vertical height restriction, I'd stick with my ebb and flow..she did beautifully.

See here if you want pictures: https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/18654-waterfarm-system.html

Every time my res got low enough I would drain out the remaining water and refill with all new water and nutes...except for this last time...I just let it get down real low and topped it off with water...considering how close I was to harvest. I would say I had to change the water about once every 6 days on these 5 plants.

thanks pannesa for the link,so do you think you would of changed to bucket if you had more head room.

hey do your 8 buckets get fed by gravity, and does each bucket have a float valve or just the res.

Trapper: The 8 buckets are gravity fed, the float valve only comes into play when you want to stack (2) 5 gallon res buckets on top on one another to add capacity. To answer your other question, yes, I probably still would have changed...just be able to move the plants independently of one another...and be able to have them in there at all different stages of flowering. But thats not to say anything bad about the ebb and flow.....I've just always got to be fucking with shit....its never good enough.

FaCultGen: Can't blame you for not reading the previous posts I guess. 2 Plants Harvested. I'm guessing a dry weight of about 8oz...right now they're 26.75.

well i hope you keep a journal with the buckets, you have been more then kind with your replies,i look forward to seeing your bucket setup.i have a week or two too decide between dwc and ebb and flow, maybe by then you will have your buckets going and help me out thanks.

Anytime, I have more fun talking about this shit than most people. As far as the bucket setup...its all out in the garage, in so many pieces, but I won't have it up and running until we get back from Amsterdam on the 15th, but I'll have alot more info then.

lol. Just got back and cut down the blueberry. She weighed out to 2 1/2 lbs wet. Pics coming soon!
