Now there's just alotta small bees flying on it ..anybody had that ?
since u sprayed ” jacks dead bug” aka spinosad it can kill and if they touch the liquid before dry will. Like many soft bodied insects . the mode of attack for spinosad it makes the bugs on contact of the bacteria make the muscles spasm/turns the, into zombies if not death quickly afterwards.

if using spinosad try to apply It when it’s close to sundown, indoors 3hrs before lights on ( no bee issues). Also read the time of limits per application . Meaning u can make super bugs if used too many times per cycle and they will adapt and that mode of attack has lost its effectiveness. I think that one is 5 times per season but also stop spraying spinosad before 4th week of bloom. keep ph under 7 but also use as clean water as u can find aka r/o/distilled if possible.

Spinosad can be used to kill fungus gnats. It is a bacteria-made chemical used to eliminate fungus gnats and their larvae on the soil. You can always put spinosad in your watering can.

So, anytime you want to water your plant, any gnats larvae around would be destroyed. Also, you can use spinosad with a yellow peel to get rid of the adult fungus gnats.

What Kills Fungus Gnats Instantly?

If gnats should go near spinosad sticky traps, then they are going to die instantly. You can run this sticky substance on your plant leaf. Once they settle, they die there immediately.

Meanwhile, yellow sticky traps can be divided and thrown around the soil to also attract fungus gnats.

What Kills Fungus Gnats In Houseplants?

Here are the most effective ways to get rid of fungus gnats in houseplants:

  • Leave the upper part of the soil to dry because they can't thrive in dry areas.
  • Mix isopropyl alcohol, water, and dish liquid together. Then, spray it on the plant and the soil around it.
  • BTI or Gantrol are organic chemicals that can immediately help you get rid of fungus gnats.
  • Hydrogen peroxide and water mixed in the right proportion can help to destroy the larvae immediately.

What Spray Kills Gnats On Contact?

Several sprays can kill gnats instantly, but then you can use the Pyrethrin sprays. The Pyrethrin sprays can help rid larvae and the adult gnats.

Moisturize the top of the soil for a while so that the gnats would be attracted to the surface. You can use your hand to sprinkle the water, and with a glove, you can just mix the top with the water a bit to form a mist.

Then spray the Pyrethrin chemical on it. Although it is not harmful to edible plants, just make sure it's sprayed in the right proportion. After that, leave the soil to dry to at least 2" below the soil level before watering the soil again.

1. Pest confirm and as a good sop/IPM for FG since a very easily acquired and issue in majority of gardens and can easily be gurateed not a threat if doing so.

have yellow cards for pest pressure awareness but also to keep adults down, if u see more than 10 on a card per week than u need to step ur sop to higher attack/step vs preventing it. key with FG like many pest is knowing the stage of the pest and know u can’t kill the larvave and adult with same product ( not safely )

so to kill and avoid as many larvae use nematodes/BTI / keeping medium as dry as u can but not “too dry/capping it” . for adults I recommend sticky yellow cards , having as much fans/airflow on ur medium = good for roots/bennies and for FG tool to deter the FG adult from being able to lay eggs so easily . and if infection high or FG always Fucking with ya I suggest getting rove beetles for indoors‘greenhouse and swirski predator mites if outdoors.

Look at adult and confirm , is it truly a FG or possible a root aphid, if Not most neglected part of IPM is getting pest confirm. Tbh more I did but I’d I found out many bugs were benficals and so Many look very similar and key to sucess is to know that exact species and bug Obviously.

I have went through many organic IPM/bug suppilers and evergreen is best one to deal with and also has good pricing ! If I don’t know the bug I def email them and I can’t say a time they couldn’t give me good advice and also def show me what species/bug it is. Thanks again evergreen
I caught some root aphids on my sticky trap
