From vegitative to flowering to harvest i can use my CFL system right?

Also CFLs can be positioned ANYFUCKING WHERE you want, not just above, so I can get much better lower coverage than you can with HPS

a 400 this week and a 600 the next.

If your talking about Molasses, you can give it at any stage, I gave half tablespoon per gal to seedlings.
