lol.... bonz, you need to keep in mind that I was replying to many things at once...
I highly recommend you read the United States Constitution!!!
Marijuana is illegal on the Federal level no matter what (accept to like a handful of people)
Marijuana is legal on the state and local level.
The laws contradict each other. But according to the U.S. Constitution, regarding the uses of marijuana, State Law has jurisdiction based on circumstances.
Isn't Marc Emery in trouble with the DEA... didn't the DEA go into Canada and have him raided?
The drop off points won't be on street corners at all.... just a public place... like a library for example... and there is virtually no chance of being robbed there when, you are on the libraries security cameras, you only bring enough for the patients, only the patients know where and when the drop off is.
I didn't say that you were judging me at all... what was implied was: it would be better to not have a shop location to disperse the medications to keep the privacy and integrity of the patients protected, and to alleviate any fears that they may have of being persecuted for being a medical marijuana patient.
if some one hurts some one close to me, you can bet your ass I will be coming to find them, with some people that won't be nice too.
