free 10lb bag

got a free bag, i wont use it in this grow...im doin fine and dont want to fuck up...its 13-10-12+3mgo when should i use it next grow? i normally just make my own organics but free is free...everything is in italian so idfk whats goin on...

Common sense tells me that it has added magnesium oxide and is not very good for flowering due to the high nitrogen content although i guess it should still work though.

I would start with it and no idea what the +3mgo is but probably is referring to added magnesium.
