Fox Farm Organic Fertilizer?

So I want to go all organic, Im all dected out with Fox Farm equipment (organic soil, and fert, and nuets) but I had a question about the dry organic fertilizer I got. Heres a link to the information about it and a link to a picture of the box.
FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company (second one down)
Peace of Mind® Tomato Vegetable Organic Fertilizer (pic)

Nowt he guy said I could use this mix straight in the soil from the get go, or I can mix it in the top soil after I get the plant going. He said that it wont be as affetive if I mix it later but it will still work.

Does anyone know if know if this will be bad for my plant to start with it from the begining? It says its all organic so I have a little more faith, but i dont want to do something stupid. thanks for the responses.

[edit] I was just looking at the 3rd one down from the link, its a Fruit and Flower one instead of Tom/Veg, should I trade the one i got for that one? Would it be more beneficial?

:weed:First off, don't overfert whatever you do! if you wanna use the dry mix ins go for it, but i prefer starting with an empty medium for soil growing. since ur using foxfarm, just give the baby plants a little big bloom (not tiger), u should be good...
if ur using ocean forest, u really wont need anything extra in the soil, as it comes packed with worm castings, etc etc. :leaf:

a really good idea is to put a half cup of the dry fertalizer at the bottom of the pot or hole.....for some reason the plants seem to grow better when u put the ferts at the bottom before planting.
you should also put some on the top inch of soil too.

good point on having ferts @ bottom, it makes the roots want to grow out towards it. also, I have been told 20% perlite in ocean forest is perfect (no more, drainage too fast) haven't fucked w/ that other stuff.

i use the fox farm ocean forest and i do agree with freakygoat. Add some perlite OR mix with some fox farm light warrior. ive done both. i prefer to mix 60/30 ocean forest/light warrior.
BUT, did you know Fox Farms - open sesame, beastie bloomz, & cha-ching ARE NOT organic, they are "organic based", but i still use them with my organice Earth Juice, because they are the shit!!!

No but they are just for flowering. One builds resin one builds bud size and the other helps to make the plant flower faster. I havent bought a fox farm product that wasnt both soil and hydro. I use soil.
