wait a second, i just looked around me, im in the same scenario! on my balcony smoking down and taking off, not giving a fuck, neighbors don't care (well i guess i should say I don't care if the neighbors care, but they've never complained) and cops can't see me (knock on wood).

its kinda funny cuz i start smokin under the fan cuz before i smoke i get paranoid, but halfway thru im like fuckit...and i go smoke the rest outside... i love smokin weeeeed !!!!!!! and sometimes, im imagining myself walkin in newyork where there like 5 inches of space beetween everyone, and just walkin like a fag, and everybody is looking at me weird, but i just dont give tihs (shit) by fag i dont mean gay, i mean like walking in such a stupid way that im beeing stared at while my smile is running to my ears XD
