For all those saying 8 weeks is too long to veg in soil…

I have no clue whether this is the OP's first grow or not, but I've seen plenty of beautiful crops from people who have never grown cannabis before. Why does everyone think it is so hard to grow weed? I grow vegetables and flowers every year that are significantly more difficult to grow. It's just a plant. light, water, nutrients and a bit of care. it not Quantum physics.
It is just a plant. I wonder the same thing pretty often on here.
Food, water and light is all it needs

I started outdoors so it was a little bit of an easier learning curve, but yeah its pretty simple. I never had a bad or disastrous grow.
Though i will say you have to have a decent head on your shoulders to get around a lot of the bro science.
Gotta make sure you know how to research and not just accept anything you read.

I have grown veggies outdoors as a child. Never considered marijuana any different.
Here you have all sorts of things going on that no one would bother with in a normal garden.. Does any of it make a difference?... I would put my pennies on not.

Forgot to mention this earlier.. I noticed that the longer you veg, the less stretch you'll get. That one that I vegged for 15 wks, after the flip, it literally didn't stretch. And this is the same pheno that I've had for 3 1/2 years. 8 weeks, and they stretch twice as big.... weird.
Do you think that could have something to do with the training and # of tops? More energy being distributed over a greater area and what not? IDK just hypothesizing.

IDK man... kinda surprised me. I know this pheno like the back of my hand, and to have it just set, and make flowers was interesting. I only topped her twice, and then spread her out on the net in veg... flipped her, and she just set. I may try this with another strain/pheno some time to see if I get the same results. But the 8 week phenos definitely stretched twice over.
