Check your water's pH, and in your case, use almost 9 gallons per pot. The object is to clean the media. Make sure it drains all that water as well. Coco retains water well so after this flush wait a while before another feeding.

So I use 9 gallons of water per plant? How many times a week? I am flushing because it is harvest time!!!

Yea I have heard 3 times the container size and do it once.
I suspose if you were in all perlite you could do it a few times with less water but the idea is to wash the nutes off your medium.

If it's for the harvest, one good flush is all you need. In flushing, more is better. Make sure that coco drains that water well when you do it. Again, coco does retain a good amount of water. You can wait a day longer for your next watering after the flush than you normally would feed/water your girls. Follow a normal watering schedule thereafter until harvest.
