fluro

hey everyone, i have 4 plants under three 4 foot shop lights and my plants are about 2-3 inches away from the bulbs, a freind says i should move the lights up higher. are they ok where they are?? the fluro lights burn my plants?? they dont get very warm but i want to make sure. thanks

keep them low. they should be like an inch or two from top of plant a flouro isnt really effective from more than 6-7 inches away
