No problem have a look at that migro guys utube clip on the uni-T and how accurate it is he breaks down what type of light and spectrum and provides a mathematical value to convert the lux to ppfd with a calculator. I use a few different viparspectra lights and the conversion numbers are different depending on what type of light for instance my ks3000 is say 40000 lux × 0.0145= 580ppfd etc. Do some research on the conversion values as I'm still learning this stuff myself. And while it's not 100 per cent accurate you will notice the difference in yeild health of plants and growth rates.
Thanks mate much appreciated
I forgot to mention take your readings with the tent door shut if possible the meter will pick up any ambient light. I just undo the zip a little and poke the meter in with a card board pole or leave the meter in the tent zip it up and I've the app

Looks nice but 4.22 gallons is way to much. Even more than my two 3gallon plants I regretted having and thats just 2 plants guzzling 60 gallons in 3 days or less. Plants will get a false signal to grow much larger than they need to because its not like soil.

If they have super slow dryback able to be fed 2x a day that would probably be the least pain. People say it will give soil like results treating coco like soil but IME they grew great just humoungus with no need for all that media as it will not root through all that coco.

I grow in pots more than 4x smaller than that and only barely rooted tightly through the one gallon with more space for roots to grow still. I would flip those relatively soon if youre aiming for 2x2’ size plants in your 4x8 if I recall your tent size right.

Here are pics of my 3gallons 6 wk veg.
