Flowering in June?

All of my outdoor plants just started flowering, and it's June 15th. Could it be the shitty weather? I know it's not from changing their light cycle, because even my outdoor plants which began outdoors are starting to flower. I've grown these indoor and have vegged for months, so I know they're not autos... so why the pistils? :leaf:

or it accidently got caught into flowering because it got tricked into it by light cycle.

put it under 24 hour light until it shows signs of going back into veg, then put it back outside.

or alternatively but the same thing, you can keep it outside all day then when it starts to get dark put it back inside on the light, all night.

keep doing that until it goes back into veg, unless you want some early buds.

It's in a kind of combination state of vegetative and flowering. Pre-flowers I guess is as good a term as any. It will stunt the growth. It's probably due to your climate conditions.

They all have preflowers. Every plant i have grown have had them. Its perfectly normal to have them.

Its not pre flowers he is talking about. I myself am having the same problem. All of my plants that are outside started to flower then stop and are sitting dormant. Seeds I started outside and seeds I started inside and grew to 8 to 12" then moved outside memorial weekend. I live in southern Ca. I have two friends this has also happened to. I have no idea why this is happening. I have read on line other people are having the same problems. Any information would be helpful. What climates are you growing in?

I know this is old as dirt, but does anyone have any more info on what this is ? I have the same thing happening. I moved two outside, and kept one inside. The one I put outside is flowering as fast as the one I left inside. If not faster. It's way beyond preflowers. It's almost half a whole cola now. It's been about a month. Plants are a little over 2'. I mean if it will go ahead and finish, I'm fine with it. I just don't want it to get 3/4 of the way done, then say "Hey, I feel like vegging now". Know what I mean. lol Today was the longest day. So I just don't know what to expect. Oh, just to clarify, They were on 12/12 when I took them out side, for sexing. I'm not comfortable going by preflowers only just yet. lol

Should I start a new one about the same damn thing ? Thats how you get 5000 threads on the same subject. lol... Anyway...That was my first thought too. It throws me because it was just bag seed, that was REALLY brown, and just absolutely .....bad. Except it still worked really well. I assumed it was just some mexican junk. I didn't figure operations like they have, would use autos. I just figured it if was handled THAT bad, and still did such a good job, if it was done right, it should be really good. A thought just hit me that being outdoors down there, they could have crossed with some ruderalis, or whatever grows naturally there. They were a couple months old when I switched the lights. Would an auto flower before that ? The other one is doing as normal.

I've had this happen past few years, plants in nor cal flowering in June when they are put out end of May. At least in my case, I blame clones. They are used to 24 hour flourescents. I put them under t5's at 18, then 16 hours for a few weeks before putting them out, and last few weeks of June they are clearly in flower, and only putting out three pronged leaves. And the don't start revegging until July. Only one not doing it is from seed.

I'm thinking two things. Either the light reduction from 24 hours does it, or the clones are taken from plants already in flower

The seeds are not auto-flower. I will post a few photos later, one of the plants is a 3' shrub. it was started inside from a seed and was on 16/8 for almost a month before going outside. The others were seed starts, I have grown the same seeds before so I know they are not auto-flowers. My friend is having the same problem and he started his seeds outside. Some of his plants are 4' and taller. I have only been growing herb for 3 years but I lived on a farm most of my life and am not new to growing things. I do not have the answer to why they are doing this, That is why I am here asking for help. If you want to act like a know it all ass, I would rather not hear your comments. I am not the only one having this problem so there is obviously something going on that more people are missing. If they sit dormant for a few weeks and finish flowering ok but I still want to understand why they are doing this for next year so I do not have the same problem.

Right on Hilltop. You would think a forum about weed would be laid back without a bunch of "Your an idiot I'm holier than thou" attitude. lol They all seem to be that way though. The important thing is, they obviously don't know what's happening. Which is all we need to know from them. Anyway, auto-flowers start flowering as soon as they are mature from what I understand. Plants several feet tall are WAY past that point. The weird thing about mine are the ones getting light the longest seem to be flowering the fastest. I mean seriously WTF ? I've been growing for about 10-12 years, and like you lived on a farm, and had gardens since I was born. I have never seen this before.

I have this problem.even with porch lights and solar lights on so they basically get 24 hour light. I’m in so-cal mountains..I just keep putting more clones out.Should get a good a mont of buds still haha. But v never grown a plant taller than 4ft.I would like to grow some monsters.but they never vegg long enough.

I'm on the east coast and mine are doing the same thing. Even my little experimental plant that lost all its leaves is flowering.Lol It has few leaves but pistols sprouting. Mine arnt autoflower either. The government may be doing it. Seriously they may be trying to eradicate cannabis.. All eight of my plants are female, what's the odds of that. It never happened before. Without male cannabis plants, females cant produce seeds. Its far fetched but You never know what's going on and I don't trust our government.
