flower trouble

I started some plants from seed under some lights and I moved them outside when they got big enough to try and use the long summer days to save light energy. It's been a couple weeks, and from the three plants I put outside, one is starting to flower. Would anyone know why that's happening? I live in San Diego, and when I google it, it says the light is 14/10 right now, so why are the others not flowering? If I leave them all outside will the others veg and the one have a shitty flower? Or should I move the flowering plant under 12/12 lighting? Thanks in advance.

Some strains do trigger into flowering at 14/10. That is unless you've got an auto there. Outside the days will continue to get longer until the summer solstice on June 21; the longest day of the year. So your single flowering plant will likely revert to veg phase for awhile which is really not a bad thing. Some peeps do this purposely to grow fatter buds and it is called monster cropping. Of course you can go ahead & flower out that one plant indoors under 12/12 if you want but you are better off waiting to let the sun do this naturally. You'll get more yield if you do....
