florescent light color temp number

I know I have found this before, but today I can't seem to.
What are the 2 color temps I should be looking for? I know it's blue and red but what is the number? I'm thinking it was something like 5k and 2 or 3k.

the blue spectrums are the daylight bulbs 6500k. the red spectrum are the basic household cfls, and hit lower on the color spec. most are around or below 4000k.
