It’s called Nortembio saids its organic it’s only on about 20% of the patch. seems to do the trick the mites fly off it minus the stringing on my hands from small cuts but totally worth it next time I use gloves too.

just meant when I sprayed the back of the leafs where they was they just die and fall off with the spray.

Strange. I've used Millard and Ball and neither left a residue like that. Maybe @xtsho has seen that before. How strong are you making the spray?

I used the citric acid in this picture at 2 and 3 teaspoons per quart. It left a residue. I highly recommend rinsing off very good with clean water after a couple hours.
That residue will attract mold. At least it did in a couple spots around the trays that I did not rinse well.
I ended up killing everything in flower and starting over. Only took time to save one mother.
Was dealing with spidermites in my grow. Not any more.

Strange. I've used that same one and had no residue. Are you letting it fully dissolve first? I mix it with a little hot water and then add cold water to it.

I used cold tap water and shook the hell out of the sprayer. It could have not been fully mixed but there was no clumpy residue in the spray bottle. Maybe need to use warm water never tried that.

i used 1 tsp and a half into a quart jug then I used a a bit of cold and hot to make it warm and gave it a stir, straight into a sprayer shaked the sprayer. Was about 20 mins before lights out and I turned the light down. I sprayed a patch on my bigger ones and didn’t see any but only quickly checked but will check them better tmw.

I don't know what to tell ya. Try mixing with hot water and then adding cold. It might help. All I know is I've never had residue like that and I've used up to 3 tsp per quart.
What's you water source like?
