Those are one gallon pots and transplanting during flower is never a good idea. Even root bound you will get a better return in bud by leaving in the pots they are in during flower. The only time you have to worry about them dieing is if you over water and they get rotten roots. Always transplant before flower and give them at least a week before flipping them to 12/12 so they can get over the stress. Since they are way into flower I would just deal with the cramped roots and make sure they dont get to dry or to wet.
Root bound only means they have no reserve of nutes or moisture and need more attention, and of course a reduced yield but you will get even worse by transplanting during flower.
