First Grow, T5, Northern Lights

Haha well mine are day 14, only like 4" tall. I think i'll let them go another two weeks.

Yea, my other 2 are real small, because they're new.. One just sprouted about a week ago.. So, mainly I'm just trying to wait for them to get a little bigger before I flower.. (I only have 1 light can't flower and veg unfortunately :\ ) Really, If I wanted to fully veg them I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks and then my other 2 would probably be pretty big..

What kinda light are you using?

so jet set how old r ur plants now?how many branch sites u have im thinking of getting an mh conversion bulb and using my 2t5s as supplementary light will i stun them if i take out my hps bulb and put in a mh conv bulb?

They're about 4wks from sprout, I have about 7 sets of leaves, and on each set new leaves are forming between the branches. New sets seem to be coming in all the time though.. About 1 every few days now..

mineare about 3 weeks from sprout i think.. and new branch site r forming and i got my 5 set of leaves with new growth coming from the middle my 400 hps was kept 2 feet above.

I think i had about 5 sets last week.. Hard to remember sometimes. They're definitely growing quick now though, because I have to raise the light a lot more than I used to. They seemed to have liked the nutes I gave them a few days ago though.. no burns, just seemed like they picked up on growth.. Will add more nutes next watering since this last watering was just water. (I don't really follow a watering schedule, I just water when it's no longer moist when I stick my finger in the soil a little bit. Generally that's 3 days, but sometimes it's 2..)

u r using fox farms nutes?

Yea, i'm using fox farm all around.. Fox Farm soil and Fox Farm Nutes.. My new avatar is a leaf off one of my plants.. I'm kinda rusty with photoshop though, it's been awhile.

inspiring me to go all foxfarm.. my set up now is 3 in soil from my localhydroshop and 3 in a rainforest 36.. i have 4 white widow and 2 purps from bcbuddepot(two packs of 10 seeds)my three in the rain forest growing so quick that i just want to flower them now.. Ill just see how yours start to turn out and ill be 1 week or 2 right behind you.. i was gonna wait for preflowers but this is my first grow and there is alot of dirt weed where im at for a high price...

Are you using all the fox farm nutes jet? I think there are six of them. Anyways I got them all too.

jet are we waiting for preflowers to show before you switch to 12-12?? or veg em out till they preflower??????

I'm just waiting for the other 2 to mature a little more, I would actually be flowering right now if it wasn't for those 2 other ones. They're young, I'd like to see them veg a little more before flowering.

Though, this strain can handle very little or no veg time and still put out a decent yield, like the grow log I posted earlier..

I'm just waiting another week.. then flowering.. The smaller ones should be on their 3rd set at least by then I would guess.

Yea I only have 3 nutes from fox farm, Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom. Those are the ones I'll be using.. I didn't want to get too complicated with nutes yet. Hoping for mostly females

Oh gotcha. Yeah I got those along with the other three powder ones. I believe Cha Ching, Beastie Bloomz and Open Seasame. Let's hope they work out! Are you using Ocean Forest too?

Yep ocean forest Fox Farm seems to work, so I'm probably just going to stick with them for all my grows

u thinking about takin clones or you gonna start from seeds again??

Yea, if one of my vegged ones is female I might take a clone, and just flower it I have room for a 5th plant.. I'm guessing I could do that, not sure though.

As far as setting up a mother, I have plans for that later, I just am trying to work out a location for it. My next grow will probably be from seeds again though.

The weed is always pretty bad around here, and prices are crazy, so I started this grow I probably just don't have good connections, but whatever, I don't want to be bothered with it anymore. I can get good stuff from myself.

me and u r on the same page but i was gonna try to clone b4 i put them to flower.. so that way the ones that r fem the clones ill set up as mothers and males ill just kill
