I have just got 5 Northern Light seeds, got told they are a great plant to start with as they are very hardy.
Anyway I am looking to grow 5 plants and potentially increase to 10 after seeing the yield of this first grow.
So here are my questions to all you growers,
1.) what area should I be looking at to grow 5 plants in? I want to veg the plants for 4 - 8 weeks.
I was thinking an area of 2 Square Metres would be adequate for 5 plants, is this too much or too little?
2.) what lighting would I need for 5 - 10 plants?
I was looking at a 600W HPS Cool White Grow Light with ballast, would this be too much or too little?
3.) would the 600W HPS be able to cover the veg stage and the flowering stage?
4.) what sort of cooling system would I need? would two 150mm fans cover it?
I am on a low budget at the minute so I have not looked into any carbon filters etc.
would appreciate any opinions on my plans.
Thanks in advance
