First Grow- Need Some Advice

Here's my setup: (indoor)
Please tell me if you see something wrong....

I just got my medical card so I decided to buy 3 clones from a dispensary. I planted them in regular potting soil because I was in a rush and , I think this is my biggest mistake.
They are under 2 T5's 14 watts 6,500 lumens tubes on an 18/6 schedule. they're about 1-2 inches from the plants.
I have a fan in there running 24/7. The temperature is stable between 65-80.
Foil is surrounding them, I don't know if they do anything but it's better than nothing.
Tomorrow I'm putting an in-line fan to get them more C02.
I'm watering them every other day or when ever soil 3 inches down is dry.
I also have a 32watt CFL that im not using.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

I would get rid of the soil and the foil. Tin foil gets hot spots anx can burn ur plants. Get mylar or just paint it white.

Ok. I'm confused when it comes to soil. Could I just go down to OSH or Home Depot and find a bag of potting soil that has the right nutrients in it? or do I need to mix stuff together?

Go to a local hydro shop or nursery and get something decent. Never use miracle grow. Fox farm is very popular on these forums. Pro mix is good too but you need to add your own nutrients to it. I recommend fox farm ocean forest, mix it with happy frog so there's roughly a 50/50 mix. Should be good enough for a few weeks no extra nutes needed.

Here's an update:
So I replanted into 2 gallon pots.
I also took back my T5 tube because it wasn't high output. I put in x8 23 watt 5500k CFL's and x2 23 watt 2700k CFL's.
I'm using a mix of miracle grow, yes I know it's frowned upon, on some good soil from my garden. I added some all purpose organic E.B. fertilizer (5-5-5) Contains Blood Meal, Feather Meal, Bone Meal, Dried Chicken Manure, Bat Guano, Alfalfa Meal, Kelp Meal, Potassium Sulfate, Humic Acids and soil microbes including mycorrhizal fungi.
CFL's are between 1.5-4 inches from the plants.
There are a couple of dry spots on the leafs....very small... but they weren't there when I picked up the plants. Hopefully this is just the shock from the transportation and re planting.

mg should do fine, just dont overwater it bc of the time release fert. cant say without seeing it but my guess would be the dry spots are from strong nute lvl in the mg + adding extra fert. as far as the adding more, let the plants use whats in the soil for a few weeks so you dont burn them.

Should I ever use a spray bottle to give them some H20? Also, because I dont have an outtake fan, I'm leaving my closet cracked so air from my room well seep in/out. I'm watering every other day.

you can if you want to but id be carefull if you hve poor ventilation. theres cheap temp/humidity monitors they are worth a few bucks. i would just pick up the pot and water a little when it starts to feel light.
