First Grow, CFL Indoor Closet, Sour Cream & Bubblelicious

Ended up watering them again today. Figure I would stick to every 48 hours. The first 3" or so is pretty dry after 2 days. water and 2tbps of molasses today. Thinking about doing 2.5 tsp of TigerB Friday and going to a max of 3tsp per gallon. The Sour Cream seems to be growing without any deficiencies which is great. I'm not too sure about the bubblelicious.

Just one i only have room for one. Hopefully it ends up being a female but i did go with fem seeds. I killed my last plant by accident so this is a new grow on the second week of grow right now. Week 3 i'm going to give it Flowering nutes instead of veg nutes. I've not given any nutes so far though just straight soil.
 
when does the plant get its height? i'm hoping for not a huge plant but right now its just getting thick as hell as far as the stem and stalk go but its staying bushy and short.
 
hey dude how are the bubblelicious doing? all right? no hermie? im germinating some now with La Diva and a hymalaya blue diesel i went auto for my first grow. im using cfls use 23ws but produce 100w's of light with some 60's and im going to get some bigger cfls
 
Hey everyone, i figured this might be a good place to ask. I plan on doing some autoflower for my next grow because i am going to try to fit it in between times that i will be away from home (approximately 50 days). my question is, when they list flowering time on the strain info for autoflower seeds, is it assumed that, because they are autoflower, that is the time from seed to harvest? or is that the time once the plant shows sex?. I know 50 days is a very short time. but as long as i can at least chop and start drying by 50 days, i can find a trusted individual/s to finish up the manicuring and curing process. anyone know if this is possible?

No, that's time it takes to be ready for harvest from the beginning of flower. You could try a 12/12 grow from seed. I'm not too sure how it works or the results, but it's worth some research if you want to grow as fast as possible.

Bubblelicious is iffy. It was doing great before I sprayed it with reverse. Now all the leaves are getting ugly brown blotches all over them. Same thing happened last time I sprayed. They claim it doesn't effect your harvest but I'm thinking it does.

Well, they are known to double or triple in size once you switch to 12/12. Mine almost tripled in size after 10? days of 12/12. I'm not sure, you'd have to look back in my posts. I think I mentioned how long it took to triple it's size.
 
I'm sorry to hear of your Bubble problems. I look for balls on my ladies daily. All pistils so far. And yes, they seem to go into growth overdrive on 12/12 lighting. All the tops are growing pretty white pistils. I was hoping for some pink colors to show up, after all it is supposed to remind one of bubble gum. :)

haha. I'm not hoping for pink pistils, It doesn't really smell like pink bubble gum, more like fruity diesel.
 
I'm trying that now with some autoflowering. I put them on 12/12 a week after they germinate so they were maybe 3" high. No leaves yet (except those first 2 little ones when they sprout.
I put them in the soil Sept 11 & this is were they're at now.

There were seeds from Nirvana that had a bad reputation. They already sent me replacement seeds so there are just a test really.

I've only been on here a couple months. I hope I didn't break any rules by posting this picture. Sorry if I offended.

Nice plants carl..

Sour cream is getting really frosty. The bubblelicious looks the exact same as it did Monday. Bit worrying. The pH was fine @ 6.6, not sure what's going on with it. First picture is bubblelicious, rest are sour cream.

For reference on how they grow when switched to 12/12. They are under 9 23w cfl 2700k bulbs.

I did a lot of pruning as you can see by the pictures.

Thanks man i appreciate the help. I might just end up having to start with a bunch of clones that are a strain with short flowering time. One of my plants right now is a "$100 OG" clone that i got from a club and started it on 12/12 right away. I will see how long that one takes to get an idea of how long i will need starting from 12/12 right away.

Thanks. I'm curious to know how it smokes too. It smells like sour cream. lol.

I watered them again today. 2.5 tsp of TigerB and 2tbps of Molasses. Sour Cream took over half a gallon to get some runoff, the Bubblelicious took next to not water to get runoff so I won't water again until Monday.

They both smell pretty strong now. Bubblelicious smells more like diesel everyday.

Cool, you should post some pictures here to let us see how it looks! So hard to find good sour cream grows.
